Mr. Kevin L. Cornwell has been the Chairman of the Board at Utah Medical Products Inc. since 1996 and its President and Chief Executive Officer since December 1992. Mr. Cornwell has been Secretary of Utah Medical Products Inc. since 1993 and its Director since 1993. He has served in various senior operating management positions in several technology-based companies over a 30-year time span, including as a Director on seven other company boards. He received B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, M.S. degree in engineering-economic systems from the Stanford Graduate School of Engineering and M.B.A. degree specializing in finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Paul Richins serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Utah Medical Products. Paul started at Utah Medical Products in August of 1997. Paul currently resides in Greater Salt Lake City Area.
