Mr. J. Brian Palmer has been the Chief Accounting Officer at White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. since June 2001 and serves its Managing Director. Mr. Palmer served as Vice President of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. since 2001. Mr. Palmer served as Controller of a subsidiary of White Mountains from 1999 to 2001. Prior to joining White Mountains in 1999, He was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Reid T. Campbell has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. since May 17, 2017. Mr. Campbell has been the President of White Mountains Advisors LLC since January 2015. He is a Senior Executive at White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. (WTM). He joined White Mountains in 1994 and has served in a variety of management positions with White Mountains. Mr. Campbell served as the Managing Director of White Mountains Capital, Inc. since January 2004 until May 17, 2017. He was with KPMG LLP Peat Marwick from 1990 to 1994. He was the Owner of Esurance since 2000 until its sale to Allstate in 2011. He has been a Director of Build America Mutual Assurance Company since March 27, 2017. He serves as a Director of OneBeacon Ltd. and OneTitle National Guaranty Company, Inc. He serves as a Director of PIC and Waterford. He served as a Director of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd. since October 18, 2006 until September 28, 2017. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Connecticut and a member of the Connecticut Society of CPAs and the AICPA. He has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1990 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Robert Lawrence Seelig has been the Managing Director and General Counsel of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. since 2002. Mr. Seelig served as the Vice President of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd., Hanover, N.H. Prior to joining White Mountains in September 2002, he was with the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He served as a Director of Main Street America Group.
