Ms. Suzanne M. Hanlon has been Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary at Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2014. Ms. Hanlon is an accomplished attorney with 32 years of legal experience, particularly in public life sciences companies. She offers expertise in contracts, licensing, compliance, clinical trials, regulatory, litigation, intellectual property and employment law. Prior to joining Zynerba, she worked at NuPathe (NASDAQ: PATH), which was acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals in February 2014. She served as Vice President of Administration of Nupathe Inc. and served as General Counsel and Secretary until October 2010. Previously, She served as Chief Development Counsel of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she played a lead role in the development of its Compliance Program, provided legal guidance and support on a variety of issues related to the pharmaceutical industry and was responsible for negotiating key license, development and supply agreements. Before joining Auxilium, she served as General Counsel and Vice President of Global Contracts of Omnicare Clinical Research where she managed the legal team, supervised corporate governance and negotiated and approved client and vendor contracts worldwide. Prior to that, she was a Partner in the law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia. Ms. Hanlon received her JD degree from Villanova University School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.

Ms. Terri B. Sebree has been the President of Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2014. Ms. Sebree Co-founded NuPathe, Inc. in 2005 and served as its President since February 2005 until March 2014. Ms. Sebree is an experienced Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Entrepreneur. Prior to NuPathe, Ms. Sebree served as Senior Vice President of Development at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. from January 2000 to April 13, 2005. Prior to joining Auxilium, from January 1998 to December 1999, Ms. Sebree served as an Executive Vice President, Operations, U.S. Clinical Research Organization at IBAH, Inc., a publicly traded contract research company. From June 1996 to December 1997, Ms. Sebree served in a variety of management positions at IBAH, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Sebree spent nine years at Abbott Laboratories, where she served in positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Venture Head for Psychopharmacology Drug Development/Development Head for Psychopharmacology Products. Ms. Sebree has more than 30 years of executive, development and operational experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in CNS product development including epilepsy, pain, depression and schizophrenia. She has completed more than 10 regulatory submissions and approvals of new pharmaceutical products, including transdermal patch and gel products. Ms. Sebree began her career in pharmaceutical drug development at Servier Laboratories, USA, where she served in several positions in clinical research and quality assurance. She has been a Director of Serodus ASA since 2014. Ms. Sebree holds a B.S. from Texas A & M University.

Nancy Tich serves as the Vice President, Clinical of Zynerba Pharmaceuticals. Nancy started at Zynerba Pharmaceuticals in June of 2016. Nancy currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Jim Fickenscher serves as the Chief Financial Officer, VP Corporte Development of Zynerba Pharmaceuticals. Jim started at Zynerba Pharmaceuticals in September of 2016. Jim currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
