You're just a cog in the machine. No one will care about your life but you so it's your choice what you want to make of it. However, if you burn yourself out turning into a jaded, stressed workaholic in your 20s you're not going to be very happy or make a great employee / boss in the following decades. The habits you build in your 20s may carry over into the rest of your life.
Stress happens at any age
thats your money u should always care
1 if you don't worry about it now that'll be harder to balance it later in life
I don't think you should that much. Your 20s are for digging into your work and taking on projects and getting as much experience and exposure as you can. If your focus is on being out of the office for "balance" you may miss out on some golden opportunities.
you don't want to be so engulfed in work that life outside of work passes you by. You need a balance to continue to develop social skills
It is healthy and most importantly will prove beneficial in terms of focus on your work
Trust me, work will not be there for you during the hard times. You’re replaceable, sorry to say it. Focus on bettering yourself, no one dies saying they wish they worked more.
Will make life less complicated, easier to deal with unexpected situations and see things clearly
You wouldn’t. You should focus on earning money now and building a solid career so by the time you are in your 30s you have something going.
You should always put your mental health over work. Your life, especially when you are young is the foundation for your mental state.
In your 20s, you do have to "pay your dues" as the saying goes, but still should keep balance in your life to keep your stress levels down and your life satisfaction levels higher.
Time is your most valuable resource. Even if you don't have other priorities, having time to focus on your mental health is key
