    In the 40 years that I worked. I've never seen a troubled workplace ever get turned around

    It can happen fairly quickly depending on the level of the issue. A toxic environment can take some time and serious planning to turn around. I have seen teams correct issues in a focused day with the proper efforts and conversations. An entire workplace takes time because of the issue with trust. Employees need to learn to trust their leadership. Immediate corrections can show signs of improvement within days, but a deep trust and a goal to lock arms toward a common vision may take more time.
