    prioritizing tasks that are not the most important for th group as a whole.

    In retail it can get crazy. Good days and bad ones. Take a deep breath and regroup. Everyone can be passive aggressive. Just stay calm and work it out. Don't let them drag you down with them. Take the high road.

    Stealing,not working hard, if even at all,kissing up and then being rude when the boss is not around.

    Happens everywhere, the employee that do the bare minimum when nobody is paying attention and when supervisors are around becomes suddenly a dynamo. In another context the ones tha behave one way in front of you and criticize behind your back.
