Happens everywhere, the employee that do the bare minimum when nobody is paying attention and when supervisors are around becomes suddenly a dynamo. In another context the ones tha behave one way in front of you and criticize behind your back.
Taking credit in public settings where it would be awkward for the true authors to defend themselves. Making comments like “I see no one cares” in public channels
