
Inclusivity and maintaining a good work environment
They are kind and courteous with great personalities
Inclusivity (before I started working night shift) Night shift members usually aren't considered when having company lunches.
Poor work-life balance for night shift employees. Without shift differential pay it's not worth missing out on family time and part-time gigs for extra income. I'll most likely be quitting soon because of this.
We perform several different processes to assist tenants and over time we are given more responsibilities but our pay hasn't increased. We are expected to work night shifts (that no one wants to work) w/o any incentives for being away from our families at dinnertime.
