3Day Blinds needs to improve their customer service! I have been explaining for the past 6 weeks the need of part to connect the charger for purposes of connecting to the wall outlet for charging. I have sent photos and explained. Furniture/wood floors are damaged from sun since shade wont close.
Terrible customer service; totally screwed up my order and after 3 months of waiting NOT 3 days the answer you get is thats too bad.
Customer service and not have sell people tell customers that things can be done at no cost only for customer who has already paid this company 5thousand dollars then to be told they will have to pay to have blinds remove for new windows to be installed and then have blinds put back up
