The vast majority of new hires in the last 6 months have been previous colleagues of the newlyinstated CEO and CMO. It has created a loaded culture of nepotism and favouritism, with staff seen to have had great relationships with past leaders now looked down upon
We have a very relaxed office environment where we can all chat about our lives away from the office, and people care. But on the flipside, they know how to work hard, and I have so much respect for a team that knows how to balance work and play!
