Very good place to work
When I feel challenged and appreciated.
For technology people there is no progression and I don't think they even know how to progress people. If you are looking for a company where they do work in an adhoc fashion and not looking for progression.
Lousy customer service supporting a good product
I have been trying to get valances replaced for close to a year. They tell me the product is in production but they never come. I have been trying to work on this mass confusion and I think they are just trying to wear me down. I have yet to get the replacements. The valances are all delaminating.
