
It is a culture that moves slowly and doesn't like to change but also a culture that has a lot of leadership changes. The leadership changes often take 6 months to level out and then 3-4 months later there is another leadership change. The organization has a hard time figuring out what the right design is (matrix, cross-functional, line of business, etc.). Success seems to depend on getting aligned with the right project or upward moving people.
