
I would say it's fair, however it's not fair for everyone.
It seems most of them have got their heads on the right place for ADP's growth, with AI, etc. They are kind to the employees, although most of them is working a lot more than they should. Where I think the leadership team lacks is in recognizing and retaining people.
My team can talk and laugh about anything. That gives us a reason to come to the office and interact. It's fun and a joy being at the office because of that. But when FPR period comes, then it becomes a dark period, where people are upset and disappointed at their managers.
