
They do not happen. The past two years have been a 1% increase across the entire team, which is pretty insulting. If you can't give substantial raises to everyone, it should be based on merit. I think this is a direct result of ever changing management and team leads who do not know how to properly evaluate team members.
I worked at AECOM for over 20 years and never once had a raise.
