I am paid less than my peers and people I manage and whose workload I've had to take over. Goal posts changed constantly. Retroactive changes to job titles to justify pay. Very unethical behavior.

N/a - CEO sees the company as a reflection of her personally. Feedback is solicited, but experienced by her as a criticism and personal attack. She responds publicly with thanks, but privately retaliates in petty and consequential ways.
