Need to get rid of VP if theres going to be any hope for this company. Also need to hire more qualified management to help out the overworked managers they already have. The current North/Central VP is going to end up driving the company into the ground soon though if CEO doesnt realize it quickly.
people need to learn to come together as a team and stand room one flag not work for themselves
