
Barely any flexibility. Didn't get to use any PTO in 3.5 years while the SM's were constantly on vacations/work sponsored cruises. So many call-outs and unreliable associates that managers had to work 50+ hours, stay late, and cover associate shifts. Often "cl-opened" without 8hrs/acceptable personal time in between shifts. Seniority and favoritism used when allowing requests off/availability changes with the constant excuse of "Must align with needs of business or face possible termination" leaving you stuck to a crazy schedule with little freedom/control.
