
APS provides employer-paid short term disability that may be used as maternity leave. The policy pays for a percentage of the employee's weekly salary during a 6 week period. I'm not sure if the policy extends to paternity leave.
I don't think there are any as far as policy. I feel like in general there are differences in expectations of absence, but not necessarily specifically (or at all?) at APS.
FMLA - if it isn't a part of that, I don't think we have it.
