Health insurance is nice but overall benefits are pretty average to be honest.
Doesn't seem like my manager cares about aligning work with my strengths. We've had several talks about it and nothing really changes. Work can be boring when you're not able to utilize your full potential in your work.
When I am given more responsibilities, I have to wait till June to get a raise or promotion. At that point, the question is "what additional responsibilities will you take on?" which completely ignores the fact that I've already been taking on additional responsibilities w/o increased pay.
What is most positive is how open to collaboration everyone is. There is an alright sense of work/life balance but it could be better. Work Culture is changing across the world and it'd be nice if leadership understood that and continued to offer equal benefits/options as other companies
