
Operations are different throughout the country. I've heard from other employees that things work differently in their area. What I know is that in my region, employees are micromanaged and treated as if they are insolent children. Management feels they can more easily move up or get better bonuses if they throw their workers under the bus, by blaming them for issues that they may have caused. But that is in the south east region of the country, and not indicative of other regions.
The higher up the ladder, the lower the level of understanding.!
