
They are sufficient. AT&T is self insured. It uses insurance companies to manage their benefits. If you are normal and have no major issues then the insurance is fine otherwise you may have to escalate past the insurance company back into AT&T to have your issues resolved.
Getting worse. Medical cost are up with new added spousal penalties. Family medical has skyrocketed with large up front copays. Hundreds per family member before insurance pays a dime. Dental is pretty decent. Vacation time is decent also.
That the company thinks feverishly night and day to think of ways to cut them, but for now they are OK.
We don't think we know, that our benefits only benefit AT&T and not us, the employees.
We like our benefits just have no job security.
The employees are very appreciative.
