
Reasonably good. It's rare to be expected to work more than 40 hours, flex time is good, vacation time is somewhat competitive. However, it's almost impossible to get FMLA. They put quite a lot of red tape in front of being able to get FMLA... Doctor has to fill out a form for every single time work is missed for medical reasons.
They do not care about your life. However inefficient the company is, their expectation is that you are ALWAYS at work.
Depends on your Manager. Some managers believe in the so called work life balance and others don't.
It's great where I'm at. A little over 40 hours a week is the norm.
