
jobs are being replaced by contractors across the board. good luck not getting laid off in the future and eroding benefits. the union only helps and slows down the company's ability to take them away. Raises get eaten up by increases in Health copays and deductibles. no more pension for new hires. non represented no longer have sick leave and vacation plus have to work for free for 4 hours per week to get compensated.
They raised "market reference salaries" about 15 percent the past couple years. Raises are only 2 to 3 percent so fewer people are making near "market reference for their level" now and HR says it's too hard to promote you until you make market reference level
They strive to pay above 100% of market average, I believe it's 115%. But overall, they pay very well.
