CECOs pay is at market or slightly above market average. The only thing in the compensation that I would like to see is a yearly bonus structure for senior individual contributors instead of the bonus structure generally being for director level and above

The company seems to be trying to grow and they do not micro manage. As long as your work is being completed they seem to really trust you which is nice. Working from home is also nice as it gives more time to spend with family since I no longer have to commute.
