The interactions with coworkers & free food.
The positivity of Them management (they've changed since)
Cultural awareness & leaving nepotism behind. They don't care about the frontline employees, period.
PTO & sick time would be lovely. Acknowledging that we have lives outside of Cheese goes a long way toward employee satisfaction.
Management ignoring employee morale isn't helping anyone...we hate coming to work, & they do nothing bitake it worse. There's no managerial support.
Stop separating us. 5his job doesn't require a college degree, & the lack of experience displayed by some of my coworkers makes me wonder what criteria was use to choose them (especially since most of the newbies aren't people of color).
There's absolutely NO REASON someone already fulfilling the position should have to re-interview for an additional few hours...that's nothing more than a STATUS CHANGE. There's no reason hey should be hiring FT employees off the street, instead of offering the hours to seasoned veterans.
Everything...from where the got rid of previous management & replaced them with people obviously oblivious to the differences between SF & the South Bay markets, & keeping prior management on who obviously had absolutely no clue on how to run a catering business or manage employees.
