Company gives to charities and non profit
I enjoy some meaningful conversations with the customers
Pretty straightforward and consistent questions
Some of stayed with the company for more than 2 years.
Communication. Management often unsupportive on sales floor or absent. Lack of consistency storewide.
Compensation should be based on overall work ethic, behaviors/practices and ability to do ones job. Not just number of credit card applications submitted and sales $$.
