Great company that is turning g corporate quickly. The employee used to be the focus, now its about the share holder and woke diversity quotas. Merit no longer matters.
Too many meetings that can be solved via email
Crown is great at it's core competencies, but needs to be introspective about how it wants the verticals to work. The fiber business needs better operational controls and maintenance.
