I would suggest that have a monthly or quarterly anonymous survey so the employee s have a way to Express what is really going on. Don't just have shout-outs, have some call-outs too.
I am not sure how many of them there actually believe they need any improvements. From my horrible experience, I would say I would have been better off if I believed in steroptypes rather than being too liberal.
