
Start at 3 weeks vacation, get a 4th week in your 8th year. This is in addition to 2 weeks of sick/personal days as well as closing for Christmas week (critical employees required during this period get additional comp days).
3 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks personal time off. You can borrow vacation time if needed, and you don't need your bosses approval to take vacation. It's pretty much an honor system.
I think it is pretty liberal... I've never had any issues in my 5+ years with the company.
