Depending on which segment you're in, the culture is either miserable or mildly bearable. Good work from home program but lots of KPIs. Managers manage spreadsheets and are not 'leaders' despite what they think amongst themselves. If you enjoy daily change, you'd enjoy it.

Dell has a certain way of conducting business, most of which comes from the top down. However, the work atmosphere is very relaxed and most teams enjoy being around one another, creating a well-grounded level of synergy to keep moving forward.
