
We like the work-life balance, and it is more important in the company. However, there should also be an increase in the compensation.
It is fun but of course other supervisors must all make sure that they still have employees to pass or secure within the team and not the reason why they cannot perform well in their own jobs. They should be more understanding of their moderators situation rather than escalating it immediately.

There is also a wfh and it is a plus advantage because most of the times transportation is not easy especially in my area. The training is fun too.

Coaching to improve scores. But I hope every Higher-Level Operations and not only agents are being evaluated every month or every 3 months for simple recommendations. There is no one perfect but in order to have a good management, there should also be a communication.
The effort to go to work everyday even if sick. Making sure everyone hits the goal. Even though you are a newbie, you are understood, yes. But you are forced to attain the scores needed like number of moderated cases, especially quality. It is absolutely a pressure but then you have to do your best.
