
It isn't that great for everyone. It is very dependent on the manager. I'm very lucky, but others are not so much. I know one person that had to quit because she had a family thing and her manager wouldn't allow her to work from home on Monday and Friday
Even though we have the tech to do that, a lot of managers don’t allow it. We’ve also lost a lot of talent because they’ve told people they have to quit before allowing them to work remotely. It is sad.
