FH has problems at the very top. For being one of the world's largest PR firms, culture is startlingly ancient and are behind on most "innovative" tactics. They also promote managers that are possibly good at execution but cannot manage to save their life. For a lot of the talk that they have about "diversity" and being a "great place to work for women," they have a LOT of older white dudes in the c-suites. Good if you start as an intern and work your way up, but don't know why anyone would want to.
