What is the dress code at FM Global?

Business casual if not seeing outside clients. Nice condition jeans with no holes or fringe, and some sneakers allowed but not hoodies, tshirts, flip flops. Careful with uncovered shoulders - spaghetti straps are no no, wide straps ok but most people will have another layer available due to air conditioner which can also be put on if feeling too exposed outside their office or cubicle. No shorts. Dress for the day - look great when representing.
