Its been good i like to work here ..but not since manager dont care about employees that work hard.. how? Keeping bad employees that makes everything difficult .
it has been pretty good over all but there are several times where i have felt that the Gm does not see my worth or how hard i work. especially when i asked for a raise and he basically said i do not deserve it and then i had two weeks to improve otherwise he does not know what will happen with me.
Worse by the day. Everything falling apart and no support by corporate
Started great, years later new management is declining the company standards at a fast pace.
I found the experience to be extremely negative. The culture was very negative and overall depressing to the point that many servers were perpetually angry. Many servers told me they hated working there even when I was first hired. Training and orientation were insufficient.
