
it was a challenging interview i really thought i was joining something great
too many lies from the front desk to the billing department, from the hiring squad to the snotty comments in the break room
i am sorry there are no positive comments and I am really searching for something positive. I was lied to from the start and it continued to get worse
actually working. too much wasted time on "team meetings" that NOTHING ever gets resolved at. We should follow our leaders if this were the case nothing would get accomplished in this practice as they do not lead well AT ALL.
stop doing double and triple work. hold meetings when there is valuable information to be shared, not someones personal opinion of a situation, when all hands on deck are required actually hold ALL employees to that standard not just a select few
