This will vary by team, but the culture is sort of toxic. There's a very "cliquey" culture and work-life balance is not in anyone's vocabulary. Working nights, weekends, holidays, and while you're on vacation (using YOUR paid time off) somehow becomes the expectation rather than the exception.
Constant reorgs and pivots in products that do not come to fruitation. Overall upper managment attempts to portray thankfulness yet they lowball promotions or flag out lie about it.
Free hweel is ok in my opinion
