
The company does not care about its employees. It only cares about making money at the expense of its employees and customers.
GfK needs to rethink and overhaul how they manage remote teams. Managers need to create structure and opportunities for coworkers to work together. Sending out "memes" about conference calls does not create a team environment.
Understand that the quality work comes from an open, collaborative team culture and stop trying to pinch pennies and harp on labor hours. Your team is understaffed and the more you continue in this direction, the higher the attrition rate will go.
