What is the leadership team?
They need training. Many of the employees are young, some right of of college. They need professional industry training to grow and raise the level of quality.
Get someone incharge of videos that has production experience and understands the value of people with industry experience and why expensive equipment is necessary to attract and keep good talent.
I've seen several mid-level employees quit recently. I believe this company is more invested in bringing in employees, but not keeping them because it's cheaper than investing in existing employees.
The company needs to spend money on professional tools to do our job. We're often provided with cheap, non industry standard gear. It lowers morale and worse creates wore work and frustration than if we had just been given professional tools to begin with.
