It depends on which Goodwill (which is broken up into territories). At Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana you start at 15 days and increase by 5 for either your position or by hitting 5yrs, 10yrs, and 15yrs of employment.

It varies by position. My position didn't get vacation pay, but other people in my department got one week of vacation a year.

One of its best features. As you put in hours, you build credit on your amount of vacation time. Holidays are paid vacations.
