They need to provide fair compensation and better benefits
They hire people with low salaries. Ambitious Employees leave within 1 -2 years.

I work with a lot of people in a lot of different roles and areas of expertise. Even though Harris is very remote, the people I work with are all in it together as one unified team.
Management just recently was very unqualified. It appears they're trying to fix that. Harris is a place you can retire at. You will not get top pay but benefits are great and its very unlikely you'll be laid off. Maybe moved to another business unit but not laid off.
