
There is a clear strategy and vision from the founders. At the mid management tier there is micromanagement which is a unnecessary.
Salary band progression and pay levels descriptions are not obvious to how they are rated or implemented. Domain knowledge doesn't seem as highly rated as it should be.
The founders place great emphasis on the remote culture and it's advantages of location flexibility and time for hobbies,relaxing and friends/family. It's something I admire and am very happy to be part of!
