
A more concerted effort needs to be made to include customer partners in your business changes. Isolating and excluding the customer base from these major directional shifts in business only alienates your customers and turns them from partners to just a transaction
I would fire the entire development organization and out source there functions to Wipro. Then I would fire anyone from Canada Or EMEA who is in management and hire people who actually know what they are doing.
Lose the secrecy around layoffs; do not layoff people and then turn around and post jobs for the same positions (at a lower pay grade) two weeks later. Honestly feels like age/location discrimination.
