I have been with the company for 25 years been up and been down with work loads and management. The right nanagement can make or break a good employee. It has been hard but my focus has been to support my family.
All is good but can improve
I have worked at this company several years and seen a lot of favortism going on so I transfered to another shift which is better.
It help me to pay my bills
They are different and have different goals
The comoany long standing in the US
Being able to provide for my family
Making money to provide for my family
We stride to get the job done !!!
We work together to get the job done.
They come to work most of the time
It is still operating as business ad usual
We have coffee free from company
Making quality products for our customers
Better pay and better communication
The doors are still open
Many people from different areas
Doing my job to the best of my ability
They work to understand what us voing on with employees
When they are at work we work together as a team
Frank and Jessie are easy to talk about anything that may cone up.
They have been around a long time. Not a here today gone tomorrow company.
People with young children get paid more while doing the same job as a person with no kids or okder kids.
More money per hour. It is not fair yhat employees that have been loyal to the company 20 plus years are barely scrapping by but nee comers or people with younger children are making more money.
My direct managers are Frank Carr and Jessie Boykin they are attentive to needs of the company and employees as a whole and they work hard just lije we do make sure our lines are running properly.
A few of my coworkers works very hard and appreciate the fact that they have a job, while others slack off and feel that the job should just be glad they showed up which is very furstrating.
I only get my base pay and attendance bonus which is good, but the way food, rent, car payments, and gas is constantly going up sometimes we come up short by time you oay everything. A cost of living raise is much needed!!
More money for the workers that have vested their lives with the comiany thru giood and bad. Wherever you have an employee that had been there for mire than 10-15 years they have pride in the comoany therefore the company should compensate them better.
New hires are coning in making close to what the veteran people are making per hour then they get the childcare incentive making them bring home more for doing less work only becausr they have chikdren. Yes I understand they pay out for chidcare but we also have expenses that are not being met.
