I'm not sure, the people need to respect others
Some try to work as a team but then others don't
Paying people for what they know overall in several departments, not discrimination if someone has a medical condition when it comes to other positions.
Because I am still operator 2 and I have been with the company 25 years in January. I have experience in several departments. Pay people for their knowledge
People don't respect you like they use to....this new hire program they hire any body. This use to be the hardest job to get hired at now they hire anybody.
