stop playing games between departments. There is a silo mentality here that needs to be abolished.

There are managers here that are publicly confrontational and the environment is borderline hostile at times. My group is often asked to do things that belong to other groups because they will not do them.
Our executives need to change their mindsets and look for new ways of doing things. The "good old boy" network needs to be replaced. People are not motivated by free ice cream and silly parades, they want to be treated fairly and given opportunities to grow. New ideas also need to be emraced by mgmt
