Communicating a clear message, treating employees better. Personally I believe they only see us as tools.

stop playing games between departments. There is a silo mentality here that needs to be abolished.

Take accountability for their jobs and stop trying to get someone else to do it for them

Stop living in a silo and acknowledging that how they do their jobs affects how I do mine

My problem is not my team but how other teams interact with us. Very hostile actions against my team.

Consider reality when committing to customer requests. We just say yes to everything and work people to death to meet the goal

teach your upper management how to treat employees like humans. There are managers who make this a toxic environ, some even gloat about it.

There are managers here that are publicly confrontational and the environment is borderline hostile at times. My group is often asked to do things that belong to other groups because they will not do them.

Our executives need to change their mindsets and look for new ways of doing things. The "good old boy" network needs to be replaced. People are not motivated by free ice cream and silly parades, they want to be treated fairly and given opportunities to grow. New ideas also need to be emraced by mgmt
