    Usually in about 2-3 years in the design studio, depending on luck. More like 5 outside of it, I think. I will say many of us have had a very hard time getting promoted according to our skills.

    Very slow.. It took on person 20 years to make partner, and she did so because she was political.

    It depends on who you know .. its more about your internal network than your contributions unfortunately.

    a minimum of 2years is a period before you can consider getting promotion.

    They have x2 rounds per year, where they do promotions from my xp.
