I don't like that they are all old white guys
I feel like I am always having to fight to be heard & to get help
Better communication from leadership (tech ops). There are far too many rules & correct places to ask for help & non-personal responses.
Higher pay, more communication & less assumption that employees have all the time in the world to do what is needed "to get things done". Poor planning on others part does not result in emergency on the back end.
