Positive attitude, team work, comradery
Team interactions and manager are the ONLY thing keeping me at this company.
Hire more people to do the work until you are able to fix all of the issues
E-team, listen to the customers, listen to those that interact with customers, figure out how to improve instead of making false promises.
Too many hours of work being put in for a product that does not deliver what sales pitched to customers. Teams too small with too much work. Although we have support of manager, it does not seem like E-team sees our work or stress. Absolutely no work life balance.
Although the scores on surveys show that the majority of people at the company are happy, there is a large subset that is not. Eteam should look at how to improve. An entire division of the company has major issues. Don't just take the work of high level positions, they dont interact w/customers.
