    There are a few cultures at Infusionsoft. The one that attracts talent and is preached at the company meeting is beautiful and focuses on people and small businesses. Sadly the real culture is about blaming the employees, witch hunts, and trying to purge dessenters. The company is a culture cargo cult that thinks it knows how to create a culture but it's just yet another startup following prescriptions from self help books.

    Used to be more "fun" but still a great culture of trust and autonomy and people working together to solve problems for small business.
