So far, it's been pretty good.
I like most responsibilities that I have.
Diversity & inclusion is positive.
The money paid doesn't match amount of work that is required.
I think it's a fair start for the tasks that I do.
They constantly try to find new ways to make our renter's lives better.
The ones that show up to work do an excellent job of getting the tasks done.
That we are actually a team, and we will pitch in at any given moment should one of us need each other.
There's inclusion. I love how the company takes care of us and spoils us. It's the best I've experienced in many many years.
They always make it clear that they are here for us. They encourage us to reach out to them at any time should we need to. I also like that they share any projects they are working on. They really have our backs.
That I know what is expected of me and that my supervisor is always in the office should we need her help. I like that I don't have to take phone calls. I can concentrate on the reports I need to get done comfortably.
